1960s 3 bedroom house, One Small Bathroom Reno. Less than 5msq. Existing bathroom is very old and leaking. Currently there is a bath/shower combo and vanity and want to replace with Shower cubicle, vanity and install new toilet. This will be the 2nd toilet in the property so extra plumbing will be required.
