List of fixes at home

We are looking for an all-rounder who can do the plumbing, electrician and general in that order. Things to fix 1. Urgent: When we switch on water heater, the water leaks from roof and drips from front and back of our house. 2. Some metal stuck in insinkerator, need to remove it 3. Change toilet x 2 . Maybe just one depending on if the new ones fit the space properly or not, we don't want it leaving behind massive empty space because the old one's base was bigger. 4. Replace 2 lights - one ceiling light and one garden light 5. Motion sensor lights outside house not working, fix connection or recommend if it needs new bulbs. It does not seem to have any cables so most likely solar. 6. Install motion sensor lights on other 2 sides of the house (they exist on only 1 side currently) 7. Downstairs shower grouting 8. Install door handle on the downstairs bathroom door 9. Change door knobs x 2, the old ones do not have a locking mechanism 10. Fix/Install the locking mechanism on some glass windows 11. Kitchen storage trolley a bit wiggly, fix it 12. Main door lift, currently it has slipped 0.5 mm and grinds against aluminum frame below. 13. Upstairs bathroom vanity door fix, it's unhinged I would also need recommendation around what product (say for grout, lights, locks etc.) to buy before the install. Thanks
