Few days' work - general stuff

We're selling our house. Before we sell it, we'd like to have a few things fixed. I've attached photos of each job, hopefully in the same order that I've listed them. The place will be painted after the work's done. We'd like the work done within the next 2 weeks (ie by 23 February). List of jobs is: Fix broken hinges on laundry sliding door; Put up shelves in laundry; Fix drawer in changing room; Chase wires into wall (by stereo) or attach very neat cable conduit; Chase wires into wall (by TV) or attach very neat cable conduit; Seal around 1 edge of kitchen sink; Fix / put something over hole in chimney (inside); Repair windowbox; Re-insert glass in pool fence (we have the glass); Fix pool fence door latch (may just need to be realigned); Re-attach 2 outside lights. If there's anything else while you're doing the work, you can quote for that.
