!st time I've used a builder and given most peoples stories was ready for delays etc. Geoff finished in 2/3 of the time he said it would take and job looked great to my untrained eye. Great communication. I don't want to rave too much because I want to use him heaps more and don't want him to get too busy. No cost suprises either.
