Exterior House (110m2) Paint Titirangi

This is a paint job to prepare my property for sale. The 2 bedroom house (110m2) is located in Titirangi. It is a 2 story building (10m x 5m) with a total of approx 45m2 deck areas - which shall be painted as well. A little (1m x 2m) shed would need to be painted as well. The current exterior paint is in perfect condition - the sole reason for this paint project is a color change (from a dark brown to a light grey). The exterior window frames should be included (in the same color). I would like to kick-off ASAP. Please provide a rough estimate (labour / material as separate items) and I'll show you the details on site.
