Outdoor fold-down line

I need a Hills fold-down clothes line attached to the side of my weatherboard house. I have all required materials including wood to be bolted to the house (and bolts) for the fold-down to be attached to.The wood will have to be connected to the studs as the length of the line does not match up to the stud spacing. And the line to the wood. The wood needs to be countersunk for the bolts (appearance).
