Hi I’ve just had all black pipes removed due to leaks . Holes in ceiling in bathroom , lounge, kitchen need gib replaced. Also bathroom had to be taken out . Needs gib in walls , ceiling , refit of new bath & vanity (same size) . Also looking at tiling the wall and painting . Need work done within next 4-5 weeks . Please phone Shelley ---
