Handyman wanted for range of small jobs for 2 houses

Hi - I need a few jobs done as below in 2 houses and I'm hoping to get 1 person who can fix them all: House 1 -toilet water keeps running after flushing -two burners on the stove are playing up - ranchslider door is not running smoothly in the track & the back door is hard to close -two powerpoints are not working (kitchen and bathroom). House 2 -Laundry pipe connection: needs adjusting. Water flowing down waste pipe and leaking onto floor - Latch to be installed on bedroom door to help it lock - Kitchen window latch to install Toilet cistern dripping constantly
