Miscellaneous carpentry repairs & maintenance: - recess ranchslider catch - remove rotten window sill timber and replace x 2 - install some form of flashing around power meter board - fencing repairs to be specified, including small post replacement, a couple of rail replacements and fixing - tiling to ensuite vanity, will need to have a couple of tiles cut
