Our rental property has an ok bathroom with shower over bath, a basin, heated towel rail and ceiling heat light. Over time (10 years?) water has been leaking or just splashing and caused wall board and particle floorboard to rot. Above the middle of the bath the wall board has a hole and in the window corner the window sill starts rotting too (see photo's). Either someone who can fix this (bath and basin are still o.k. but wall board and part floor needs replacing) or take the bath out and install a shower and new basin with modern tapware (currently cold and hot are separate). Ideas welcome for economic work around this problem. There is hardly room for a shower cubicle unless it is 720mm square or swap positions with hand basin. Measurements inside bathroom are 1680x1680mm. Bath 1680x720mm, hand basin 900x470mm.
