I am looking for a handyman who can do all the maintenance jobs that come up on our rental properties out West. This may suit a young builder seeking some extra cash or perhaps an active semi retired or retired builder who is also handy with a paint brush, perhaps can change a tap and happy to trim trees, clear spoutings and leave the places looking smart with no mess left behind.
