Hole right through wall between bath & Vanity

Hi, I am on the cusp of purchasing a 1990 built basic 3-bed house and if it all goes through, I will need someone to fix a fist sized hole through the wall close to the floor, between the bath and vanity. the bath is also shower over the bath with just a curtain that hasn't been used obviousy, so over time the water's been building up causing that damage. I am guessing that whole section of wall, & maybe a bit of the flooring, will need to be removed, then re-gibbed and prepped? Following that I'll redo the bathroom but just wanting to get an idea of the possible cost to fix something like that so I can get cracking once I buy the property. Thank you!
