Repair and secure a drain pipe to a two storey house. Reattach a small piece of aluminum window framing to a two storey window. Secure two inside alarm monitors to wall/ceiling. Repair a leaking kitchen tap. Must supply material and equipment to fix and repair issues. Weekend is the best time to carry out work.
