Stabilise an older fence and fix gate to working order, new letter box required

The storm that hit auckland on the 9th April 2018 uprooted a tree that was growing on the berm outside the front of my property/brick unit.. the tree went flying across the front fence and smashed into the neighbours fence. A miracle that the flying tree did not do more damage. but the front fence is now unstable, the letter box was smashed up so I need a new letter box mounted in the fence when it has been stabilized. the front gate may need to be rehung as it will not swing free and cannot be secured by latch. The fence is solid wood , an older style, with plain palings . I need a free quote for this work. The council have indicated that it may take as much as three months to consider my claim. I may decide to go ahead with the work and then seek reimbursement from them. It all depends on the cost involved. the property is a brick unit with an enclosed front yard, and is tenanted. I would like to be present when the quote is carried out, so i can discuss with the handyman/builder what the best method is to stabilise the fence. As a guess ( I haven't measured it) The fence is approx 4 to 5 metres wide and about 2 metres high. I would prefer to have someone from the area to do the work for their convenience . Who ever comes to do the work must be willing to rearrange a time they will be available to look at the fence to give a quote, as I would like to be thee and I do not live at the property. I live about 20 minutes away. The fence is situated on a level site.
