3x aluminium windows to have security locks (2 on each window) rivetted on (I have the locks). Small cupboard unit (with no door) to be put up in laundry, small leak in fireplace from roof, lounge door leak (from flashings outside?), small odd jobs to be completed from builders report (windows sealed) etc. Also would like quote to build pergola over deck and fencing quote. Locks/shelf and leaks required to be done asap, fence and pergola can be done anytime over the summer.
