Small section of Trellis

Small section of Oriental (horizontal) trellis to be installed as a partial wind break. Will require two posts (75x100) concreted in place, top and bottom rails(100x50), a 3m(w) x 1.2m(h) section of trellis and some 20x20 beading or similar or both sides of the trellis to keep it in place. Top rail to be roughly 1400mm off ground, with a 200mm gap at bottom. Area is at back of garden bed, post hole digging should be easy. Land is reasonably level. Please provide quotes based off photo and information given, if I've missed anything out, let me know.
