Spouting maintenance

We need our spouting cleaned out as we have a weed growing on one end that we can't reach. We also need the downpipe reconnected to the spouting, as it tends to leak in heavy rain. We would also like a quote to include the option of installing gutter guard mesh to keep the leaves out. The unit is on the side of a slope, so it goes from 1 story at one end to 2 stories at the other.
