Preparing house, interior and exterior prior to selling. Checking fence stability, wash roof,small bits of prep and painting, mainly paint peeling where walls abut caused by the ground shrinkage in summer, touch up door frame. Odd jobs!

I was most impressed by the workmanship and professionalism of Greg and Chris after an initial communication hiccup. Work proceeded efficiently and was completed a day ahead of schedule. They was a variety of jobs to prepare my house for sale, varying from repairing the fence to hedge cutting, filling in tiny holes in the wall to repainting a ceiling and fixing up wooden window frames. All was done cheerfully, including extra jobs oticed during the day, I highly recommend Greg and Chris
