Repair Bathroom

The bathroom of my rental property needs to be tidied up, not looking for an extreme make over, just basic tidy and functional. It is a small room with shower over bath and simple basin cabinet. Main problems: Cracks in shower panels around bath/shower. Flaking paint on lower wall next to shower – possibly water damage to gib board and needs replacing. Shower head needs adjustment or replacement - does not turn off properly without removing face plate. Basin top is old and will consider replacing depending on cost. Picture attached to give you an idea of the size.

We are very happy with Rich's work and service. He came up with a solution for fixing our rental property bathroom which was much more cost effective than we expected. Despite having to reschedule at the last minute Rich was easy going and happily came around the following weekend to do the job. Thank you.
