Removal of existing deck and stairs and replacement with new larger deck and same size stairs. Deck to have basic wooden rail. Deck to be in wood Existing deck excluding stairs measures 1920 by 1000 . New deck to measure 1920 by 3850. Old deck ended at front door, new deck to extend along front of house to finish at end of sliding door
