Spouting Replacement

We have a property in West Auckland (New Lynn) which is in need of a spouting/gutter replacement on one side. Our house is a 70's house and the main problem is that the inner side of the gutter is too low and finishes short of the roof iron. We have been told that the inner side should run back under the roof iron for at least 200mm whilst our existing inner side only runs back 40mm. As a result during heavy rain the water over flows from the inner side and down the wall into the house through the windows. We have an overflow pipe but it is slightly too high to make a difference. We would like to totally replace the gutter with a proper one on the one side. I have attached a drawing of our current setup as well as what we require.
