Replace weatherboards/ replace windows x 2

We have a few rotten weatherboards that need replacing. They are on the sides of the house towards the roof. We are about to have the house painted and would like these replaced at the same time, as the scaffolding will be available to use. We also have 2 new windows to be put in and then some new weatherboards will need to be put in as the windows are smaller than the exisiting windows.
