Handyman odd jobs

I have a few odd jobs I need done around the house as soon as possible. I have two existing ceiling lights that need to be removed and replaced with pendant lights. I have five curtain rods that need to be put on the wall and I want the TV cables put behind the wall. I also have a few pictures to be hung on the wall. I would like this done on Friday so if you could give me your best quote, I would be much appreciated.
