This is an ensuite bathroom with a (white) tile lined shower. The tiles in the bottom corner are starting to come loose. It would look like there is water entering from underneath or the corner resulting in water damage behind the tiles which are just starting to come loose. I can see old repair work using silicone that has perished also. This would need someone to have a look and investigate and come up with a solution / fix. But we have to mention that it is for a rental property so we are looking for something cost effective that gives us a fix that may not necessarily be the most cosmetically perfect. Thank you
