Handyman tasks at rental property

Please complete the following tasks: 1/ Repair/tighten hinge on garage side door. 2/ Place wooden cover back on the hole in the garage that goes into the roof of the house. (cover is there inside the cavity, just needs putting back on). 3/ Replace the missing man hole cover inside the third bedroom wardrobe. 4/ Supply and install a wardrobe rail in the third bedroom. 5/ Remove all the chain/catches on the outside of the bedroom doors placed there by the last tenant. 6/ Replace missing tiles in the bathroom. 7/ Replace missing bathroom vanity handle and mirror cupboard handle if possible. 8/ Brace the kitchen cabinets on either side of the dishwasher space. 9/ Replace 3 x missing kitchen cabinet handles. 10/ Replace 3 x missing door stops at various places throughout the house. 11/ Fix the outside tap back onto the post (located on the left hand side of the exterior steps to the front deck). 12/ Install a new letterbox and numbers to replace damaged one (we will supply the letterbox and numbers). 13/ Spray the driveway and paths with 'Spray and Walk Away' or similar to remove any moss/mildew etc
