A whole list of house maintenance jobs

I have an empty 3-bedroom house that has a list of about a dozen items of repairs and maintenance to be done before the next tenant moves in, for example: - install dishwasher - install shelf in laundry for clothes dryer - remove picture hooks and stop holes - paint touch up walls and doors - replace broken deck plank - rust stop small holes in roof, seal with bitumen tape - etc. Some jobs may require subcontracting to an electrician or locksmith. Best would be to visit the site with me, I'll supply the full list and we can discuss.
