Re-roof carport in Coloursteel (colour 'spring green') Re-roof garden shed in cladding similar to existing dwelling Replace deteriorating centre support post for deck Replace rotted wood on framing - back of house, ground level, both north and south sides Replace rotted tounge-and-groove in bathroom - this will involve lifting a small section of roof at ground level. This work will be completed between March 20th and 30th - no later. Property may be inspected in preceeding week, except for the last job, which I have purposefully separated.
