valuations needed for construction loan

I have got a project in glendene and need help for valuation for bank for construction loan I will build a new house(3 bed +2 bathroom) and do up an existing house(3 bed + 1 bathrrom) I have gt resource consent for subdivision and building consent has been applied ..hoping to start building house by mid March will start doing up house in last 3 weeks when new house is close to completion Plz reply only if you are not an expensive one as its a commercial project for me I work full time and cant answer ph at work so need some one reliable I can send copy of plans by email if you can price on plans I can meet at site only on weekends as I work during day. Please reply if you can help me for this.
