Small odd jobs.

a few small jobs but I can't do it myself: - My toilet seat and bathroom cupboard door are broken. The toilet seat has completely come off of the toilet and the screws on the cupboard door have come out and it's needs to be reattached. - hand towel/tea towel rail in the kitchen has broken off and needs to be re attached. - wooden fence post by the front door has come off the wall and needs to be re attached also.
