Ceiling repairs

We had a few water leaks which required the plumber to cut holes into the ceiling in order to repair/replace the leaky pipes. We now have several ugly holes in our living room ceiling, plus two in the kitchen. We also have a few minor cracks in the walls where the house has moved and we would like these sorted too. We really want the holes fixed and ceiling re-painted and we'll also need the required materials supplied. Hope someone can help us out.
