Handy Man required for odd jobs to rental property

I have a few odd jobs to be done around my house before I rent it out. touching up some cracked paint on ceilings, Loose tap that needs tightening. Old skirting board that needs to be sanded and bogged up.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service I received was well below standard.The cost they quoted ended up coming in double the amount the originally said. The job took longer than was scheduled and the workmanship was poor standard. To the point where I had to get them to come back as there was power outlets put back upside-down after the re wiring was complete. I had a new electrician come in and do another job after this and he even commented on how bad the workmanship was.

"Please be aware that this owner checked all the work while I was there and everything was installed correctly and passed by electrical inspector .
If we were at fault, why are they not contacting us .All our workmanship is
guaranteed for a year ?? "
