Fixing shower temperatures

Shower water temperature has been set up incorrectly, where the hot side of the faucet handle turns the water cold and cold side goes hot. Also, we need to play around with the handle for a while to get the water to run "warm", and if we go past the "warm" spot it goes really hot or really cold.
