We have a ceramic toilet seat that has come loose. There are no exterior knuts, and it looks like the knuts and the screws are inside the toilet itself. We lack the tools to tighten it. If something is broken in there, then we would love your assistance in putting a new one in.

Rob was extremely proficient - he came over the same week without any hassle and accommodated all our needs. He fixed the problem so quickly and was extremely kind about it too! Definitely recommend Rob, and we will be delighted to have him help us around the house in the future.
