General repairs - Replace door lock and fix the latch for the french door to be able to bolt into the hole.

Just needed a good handymen to do some general repairs. Pictures as attached. Task 1: Change a door lock. A new set of door lock is provided. Task 2: There is also one latch to the french doors that will not bolt into the hole at the top. Needed to be fixed. Note: My budget for the job would be less than 50 dollars.
