One-off arch welding job

We need a certified welder to do 1 one-off welding job on the site. The job is to weld --- PFC together at 2 parts of a outdoor stair case made of 150x75 PFC steel. Estimated weldline is 60cm (one side) or 120cm both side of the steel stair case.
