Couple of small jobs

A couple of small jobs. 1. Safety latches installed on 2 windows (can buy them if needed) 2. Fixing of a gate which I've had done but wasn't done properly and has now dropped and won't open or close properly. 3. Picture hanging... I'm a bit apprehensive to do this myself as the wall I want them on has a covered in fireplace and chimney behind it...
