Toilet wall/door repair plus backdoor repair

Two things need to be done at a rental 1) Toilet has a leakage of some sort that needs to be fixed and the walls repainted. The toilet door needs to be adjusted so it shuts properly again 2) The aluminium back door needs a hinge so that the door can shut properly Photos attached.

I was very reluctant to give negative feedback and gave him multiple chances to redeem himself. He took about 2 months to start the job when he had said 2 weeks. He still hasn't given me a receipt and his quote was based on charging GST. Cannot be contacted anymore and have tried multiple times and also Builders Crack team have tried. His workmanship is good but obviously costed me a few dollars as I have no receipt for the repair at the investment property.
