I am looking for someone who can tighten up a outside door handle in which the two bottom screws are loose and might have been pulled out of their thread. Also have a small leak under the kitchen sink. Plus have a kitchen cupboard hinge which needs to be purchased and replace the one which is broken (triple hinge out of mitre 10) also need you to check the insulation in the ceiling has had a gap allowed for ventaltion as one room ceiling on one side is showing damp (wasn't before the insulation was put in). So nothing major just random stuff which is needed to be done well. Thanks
