Handyman for kitchen, roof top and drainage fix

The cupboard and pantry doors in the kitchen are not closing properly. It will need the hinges and magnets on the doors to be tightened or refitted properly.. Also need the garage roof to be sealed with silicon to waterproof it as there is a small leak. Drainage block from the roof spouting, Needed asap.
