Awning repair

Our awning is a mechanical one. One of the arms seems to be jammed, so awning is not retracting completely. On appearance, it does not seem broken. I have used CRC 5-56 spray however, it is not helping. It also needs a bit of cleaning. Need urgent help as strong winds are affecting the awning further.
