Gunther is a fantastic professional tradesperson. He is well mannered, communicates clearly, and ensure we are updated if there is any change of plan. He is punctual and keeps to the duration the work is needed to do. His skills on the tiles are excellent and goes the extra mile to fix other saggy tiles in other rooms, a total of more than 10 tiles. We are very pleased with him as a person and as a tradesperson, easy to talk to, explains the problem well and suggests action plan to fix it.
