House Maintenance/Small Building Repair Jobs

We need someone to do three small-ish building repair jobs at our rental property. Listed in order of importance. - We have a set of 3 steps into our backyard that need replacing - Our letterbox was hit by a car and the post it stood on was knocked over, so we need that to be cemented back in and the letterbox mounted. - One timber board in the deck is broken so needs replacing. - The corner cupboard in the kitchen is sagging (the door is very heavy and the hinge is not supporting it, so hinge replacement is likely what is needed). We believe all 4 jobs can be completed in a few hours by the right handyman.
