Curtain Rods/Blinds, Door knobs, Window latch

I need to have installed 7 curtain rods and 3 sets of blinds or drop down curtains. They have already been purchased and placed in from of the window they must be installed for. 10 in total. See pictures - Please not for sliding door I'd like the rod to match the height of the plank of wood and of the nearby window/curtain rods. The front and back door handles are to be replaced. These and been purchased already and are placed in the kitchen. The back door is pron to slamming shut so there is also a hook which I'd like to install on the bottom of the back door to keep it open if necessary. See Pictures The Sliding door in the living room has one window that does not seal properly when closed. The latch has two prongs which keep it semi open and the other does not close it, however, when on the second prong the siding door cannot slide passed it. I am open to suggestions here. Please see pictures and call me for a further explanation if necessary.
