Wooden joinery window maintenance and paint

We have a large bay of windows that wrap around our lounge wall and open concertina style. They run on rollers and need some maintenance to open/close smoothly, a new latch/latches to keep it closed, they need weather sealing to keep things warm over winter and the wooden joinery needs painting (both internal and external, but internal paint is more of a priority for us at this stage). Looking for quotes on this work, we have several old windows in similar condition that we will be looking to maintain as we can afford to.
