General Pre-Sale Repair Tasks

We are selling our house and need to address 4 specific items prior to settlement: 1) Adjust the fall of a section of guttering to prevent water pooling. 2) Repair of roof flashing in a small area of the roof. 3) Minor patching/applying roof sealing tape to several areas of the roof, and sealant to several surface cracks in the fibre cement hardiplank cladding. 4) Applying "a flashing or timber cover" to an exterior cladding join between the original house and an existing extension. Work must be completed prior to 30 June 2023.
