The Shop front door catches on the floor laminate, which has warped, but also the door itself has moved out of alignment. We need the floor laminate replacing with either a mat or vinyl.

This was unfortunately a complete disaster. The final result is below standard, and unsafe. Graham was not easy at all to communicate with by phone.

"You can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear with only suppling peanuts. I was not even given five minutes at the start of job to out line what was needed just told to do your best by the receptionist. I did. Refer to first sentence. I prefer to use txt messages as I am hearing impaired."
