Replace wood, & prime - all three steps from back deck, plus repair of under deck access panel: We need three treads replaced and with supports underneath on our steps. They were installed in between the stringers and not supported so the treads are now sagging. The stringers are still strong and do not need replaced. Access panel bottom plank has rotted & needs replaced & primed.
