Frame-less glass shower door to be re-hung

Brand new shower and glass door keeps dropping. Originally installed by our building companies own plumber. Tried to fix ouselves first time it happened but it dropped again within two weeks. Asked plumbing supplier who sold us the product about why it keeps dropping and he said he would get his own plumber to fix as he uses glue as well as screws? We were even going to pay even though service was offered at no charge. Unfortunately after many promises of getting back to us over past two weeks with details of when he can get to us we've heard nothing and phone calls now not being returned. Can someone familiar/experienced with this glue and screw technique please offer their services. Frame less glass shower, single door with two side hinges.
