Active job

1. Plumbing job (URGENT). 2. Electrical job (not urgent) 3. New Kitchen, 4. Garage door (see description below)

Urgent plumbing job: the pipe behind the toilet is leaking..( I have a pot sitting on the floor under it to catch the drips every time I flush it.) Also, the shower here is just a trickle! The most abysmal shower in NZ I think! I believe it is possible to put in some sort of booster that will up the water pressure. (the shower is upstairs; hot water cyclinder downstairs). Kitchen and laundry taps hard to turn off and drip...washers need changing? 2nd job: Electrician needed.(not urgent, can wait till new year) Need a power socket installed in bathroom for hairdryer and shaver. Also, need additional power sockets installed in other rooms as only per room. Expect this would be a one-day job. Job 3: New kitchen: in the New Year...not urgent. To be discussed. Job 4: Need to align garage doors and install remote auto-door opener. (would like this one done as soon as possible, preferably before Christmas, but can wait till New Year on this one)
