Build an internal walk in dog kennel

Our vet clinic needs a walk-in dog kennel making. Ideally needs to be 1.4m long, 2m high, and 94cm wide with a full access door. It needs to be easily cleaned due to infection control, so can't be wooden, unless it is properly covered with something that is waterproof and durable. Have included a picture of what I mean - just need 1 building.
